Remarks

When a parameter is set, the band reads and writes it instead of its own field: FrequencyParameter (plain value in Hz), GainParameter (dB), QParameter (Q), EnabledParameter (on above 0.5) and TypeParameter (list parameter whose step index is the EqBandType).
